As a Bilingual Account Officer in the Aviso Correspondent Partner team, you will report to the Director of Partner Services. This role requires excellent organizational skills and customer service expertise to assist clients with account activities. You will also liaise with Operations and IT, ensuring timely completion of tasks and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather information on client account activities for responses
• Investigate issues with Operations and IT departments
• Review account transfer documentation for accuracy
• Notify partners of transfer requests and coordinate delivery
• Handle inquiries via phone and email regarding processing activities
