Position Summary:
The Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall management of onboard beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and revenue growth across all bars, lounges, restaurants, and beverage outlets. This role requires a strong leader that has the ability to coach and develop a strong multicultural team to deliver an outstanding guest experience while achieving operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly circulates among beverage areas to resolve irregularities, problems, and special situations in which staff members require senior-level guidance or assistance, and to gather feedback on product delivery and service.
