At Arriva, the Zero Emission (ZE) transition is transforming not just our vehicles, but the entire way we manage, maintain and optimise our fleets. We are looking for a specialist who will define and build the next-generation BEV fleet and maintenance model across Europe.

This is not an operational role. It is a transformation role, focused on setting standards, driving structural improvements and embedding best-in-class performance across all our operations.

What will you do

Define the future operating model

• Develop the target model for BEV fleet maintenance (organisation, capabilities, lifecycle approach)
• Define group-wide standards for maintenance concepts, diagnostics and fleet performance management
