Right Traffic is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Benefits Specialist to support the administration and ongoing management of employee benefit programs across our growing organization. This role will serve as the primary resource for benefits administration, employee support, carrier coordination, compliance monitoring, and benefits-related communications. As our organization continues to expand across multiple states, the Benefits Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring employees receive exceptional support while maintaining compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of U.S. employee benefits, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
