Benefits Manager - Data-Driven & Compliance

RESRG Automotive is seeking a Benefits Analyst to administer and enhance our benefits programs at the Irapuato, Guanajuato facility. You will guide employees on benefits matters, manage vendor relationships, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, has 5+ years in benefits administration, and is proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
