Benefit Experience Actuarial Analyst or Consultant
Locations: Preferably NYC, or Chicago, Open to Virtual for the right candidate.
Aon is looking for an Actuarial Analyst or Consultant to serve clients within our private healthcare marketplace, the Aon Benefit Experience (BenX). The BenX is growing and it is an exciting time to be part of the team dedicated to serving our clients and partners within this industry leading solution.
Level for the role will be determined by the individual’s experience.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Financial modeling (including quality review) of medical and dental quoted rates vs. self-insured projections
+ Data collection and review: feasibility studies; annual RFP process
+ Checking and quality control
+ Initial RFP analysis (including actuarial value modeling) to assist with pricing and negotiation
+ Defined Contribution modeling
+ Will work within the team to make plan recommendat...
