Job position : Bench Sales Manager
Experience : 12–15 years of experience

Responsibilities:


+ Lead and manage the Bench Sales team to achieve placement and business targets.

+ Develop effective strategies to market Bench Consultants and H1B Transfer Candidates.

+ Identify new business opportunities and expand the vendor/contact network.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with T1 vendors, implementation partners, and clients.

+ Monitor team performance, daily activities, and weekly KPIs.

+ Provide guidance, coaching, and support to improve team productivity and placement outcomes.
Requirements:

+ Strong experience in US IT Bench Sales with proven team management skills.

+ Experience in handling Bench Consultants and H1B Transfer Candidates.
