Bench Sales - Lead / Recruiter / Senior
Experience : Lead - 8-12 Years | Senior - 6-8 Years | Recruiter - 4-6 Years
Responsibilities:
+ Market and place bench consultants and H-1B transfer candidates through Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing staffing partners.
+ Expand our network by bringing in new vendors and business contacts.
+ Identify new opportunities and connect the right consultants with the right requirements.
+ Manage the complete placement cycle i.e submissions, follow-ups, interviews, and closures.
+ Maintain daily activity reports and consistently achieve assigned daily and weekly KPIs.
+ Work with a team that values ownership, relationships, and results.

+ Strong experience in US IT Bench Sales.
