Behavioural Support Practitioner / Behavioural Therapist – Coventry

Annual salary: £48,243.00.

Typical shifts: 09:00 – 17:00; shift patterns can be discussed at interview.

We are looking for a Behavioural Support Practitioner / Behavioural Therapist to join our residential services across Coventry. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the management of distressing or concerning behaviour of individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
• Conduct comprehensive behaviour assessments and develop effective risk assessments.
• Create and implement detailed behaviour support plans.
• Monitor outcomes for individuals and implement protocols and staff training accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Full UK Driving License. <...
