Mentor- Behavioural and SEMH


  • Location: Bromley

  • Hours: Part‑time

  • Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour

  • Start Date: ASAP

    • The focus of this role is to re‑engage young people with learning, build emotional resilience, and develop essential functional and life skills in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.


    Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke intervention sessions that support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and re‑engagement

  • Build a consistent, trusting relationship with the young person

  • Implement self‑regulation strategies and promote positive behaviour and confidence

  • Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive support

  • Track and report progress in both emotional development and engagement
