Behaviour Support HLTA — Inspire KS3–KS4 Students

Downend School is looking for a Behaviour Support HLTA to join our Student Support Team in Bristol. The role involves supporting students with behavioral needs to access mainstream classes and providing one-on-one and small group interventions.

We seek a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills, ideally with A-Level literacy or above, to help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. A commitment to our PRIDE values and high standards is essential.
