We're working with a supportive Pupil Referral Unit inStockton-on-Tees who are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team. This is a meaningful role where relationships come first, consistency matters and every small win counts. This provision supports pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour, so they're looking for someone calm, resilient and emotionally intelligent, someone who can build trust, set boundaries and help pupils to re-engage with their education.

Role Overview:

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. supporting them to access learning, manage behaviour and to regulate their emotions.
