Behaviour Mentor – SEN School – Bury St Edmunds| Immediate Start | Full-Time

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning?

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming SEN School in Bury St Edmunds. This is a full-time role supporting students who may require additional support with behaviour, engagement, emotional regulation, attendance, confidence, and wellbeing.

The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to students 
• Support students with behaviour management, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning
• Build positive and professional relationships that promote confidence, resilience, and self-esteem
• Work closely with Pastoral Leaders, Heads of Year, SENCOs, Safeguarding Teams, and Teaching Staff
