Job Description
**Position Summary**
The **Behavior Technician** provides direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs. Under the supervision of a BCBA, the Behavior Tech implements treatment plans, supports skill development, reduces challenging behaviors, and collaborates with families and teams across home, clinic, school, and community settings in Oregon.

1. **Implement ABA Programs** — Deliver individualized skill-building programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
2. **Behavior Support** — Follow behavior intervention plans to teach replacement behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
