Job Description
The Behavioral Consultant is a trained individual who provides behavioral services and case management to students in an educational setting and provides field training and supervision to School Aides, Behavior Technicians, and related field staff under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related human services field.
+ Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery, including experience conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs and conducting staff training.
+ Minimum of two years working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or emotional or behavioral disorders.
+ Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports
