We are looking for a People and Organization trainee to join our People and Organization team in our Bolton Food Spain Business Unit based in O’Grove.
How you make the difference
As a People & O Trainee, you will work closely with the Senior P&O Manager, supporting the daily delivery of HR services while gaining hands‑on experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You will contribute to creating a positive employee experience, ensuring efficient HR processes, and supporting key people initiatives that help drive business success.
During the internship, you will gain valuable exposure to a wide range of P&O areas, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Strategy, Organizational Design, Internal Communication, and Industrial Relations.
