About the Job:
The Senior / Beauty Coach (SBC) is Clarins' primary ambassador for continuing this legacy. She attends to customers, listens to their concerns, gives relevant beauty advice and cultivates trusting relationships with each of them.
Therefore, an essential part of the SBC's/BC's role lies in her ability to communicate and bond with her customers in special moments of intimacy and sharing. Every SBC /BC needs to listen closely to what the customer needs and give her advice about our products in a way that makes the customer feel special.
