Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and treatment rooms in accordance with company standards.
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to recommend suitable beauty and wellness treatments and products based on customers' needs.
- Previous experience as a Beautician, Beauty Therapist, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Skilled in providing facial treatments, skincare services, and basic beauty treatments.
- Experience in body massage and wellness treatments is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
