Join the Beach Cleanup event on September 17th at Belair Beach. Collaborate with a team to remove litter and promote environmental care in your community.
This year's International Coastal Cleanup invites volunteers to help clean up Belair Beach and Little Pond. Participants will work in teams to collect and dispose of waste properly while contributing to local conservation efforts. Enthusiastic volunteers will receive gloves, garbage bags, and refreshing drinks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Remove litter from Belair Beach and surrounding areas
• Collect waste and ensure it is disposed of correctly
• Work in teams of 5 to enhance community involvement
• Track efforts using the Clean Swell app
• Enjoy prizes and refreshments provided
Requirements:
• Wear appropriate long-sleeve clothing and shoes
• Bring a charged mobile phone for the app
