Plan and execute market expansion strategies to drive retail growth in assigned regions.
Identify, approach, and onboard key merchants, partners, and high-value customers.
Supervise and guide Business Development Officers (BDOs) in daily field activities.
Monitor lead generation, conversions, and overall team performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to suggest
improvements.
Ensure effective execution of kiosk activities, campaigns, and on-ground activations.
Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams for seamless execution.
