Job Description
BCBA Position – Action Behavior Centers
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop clinically sound treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve measurable progress for children.
Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
Monthly performance bonuses (unrestricted).
Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.
Mentorship and certification bonuses based on training outcomes.
BCBA.
