BCBA - Director of Center Services

Heart of Purpose & Journey Leader (Center Director) Position Summary The Center Director is a full-time (40 hours per week) salaried position. The Center Director reports directly to the VP of Clinical Operations and serves as the primary point of contact for clinical and operational needs within the center. The Center Director, under the direction of the VP of Clinical Operations, will be responsible for the development, monitoring, and revision of quality standards and measurement systems throughout the center and the organization as a whole. Working hours for the Center Director are, generally, Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm; however, at times (based on organization needs), the Center Director may be asked to work outside of those hours.
