Job Summary:

We're seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our team of professionals in providing center and home-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
