Battery Management System (BMS) Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Battery Management System (BMS) Engineer with experience in EV battery systems, embedded controls, and battery validation. The candidate will be responsible for BMS development, testing, and integration activities for electric and hybrid vehicle applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate Battery Management System (BMS) functionalities for EV/Hybrid vehicles.
• Work on SOC, SOH, SOP, cell balancing, thermal management, and battery protection algorithms.
• Support BMS software integration, calibration, and testing activities.
• Analyze battery performance, charging/discharging behavior, and fault diagnostics.
• Perform CAN communication testing and diagnostics validation.
• Collaborate with system, hardware, software, and validation teams for feature integration.
• Support battery pack testing, issue debugging, and root cause analysis.
