About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows their way around a brewhouse and knows how to lead a team. The Batching Manager provides direct oversight and support to Octopi's Batching team — owning everything from daily operations and shift scheduling to SOP management, recipe oversight, and continuous improvement.
