Job Description

Tasks
 Prepare production batches according to established formulas and work instructions.
 Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials using precision equipment.
 Operate industrial mixers and monitor critical parameters, including speed, sequence, and cycle times.
 Validate quantities, product identification, and formulations throughout the batching process.
 Ensure all production records and documentation are accurate and complete.
 Perform metric and imperial unit conversions as required.
 Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
 Handle raw materials and chemical products in accordance with safety procedures and SDS requirements.
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area and equipment.
 Assist with inventory, material handling, and general production activities.
 Follow all quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures.
