Job Description
Position Summary: Provide warm personalized service, while
demonstrating leadership and teamwork to all Team Members. Bartenders will always comply with and
enforce alcohol awareness laws and procedures.
1. Maintain
a clean and organized bar, proper set up of pouring station and pars on all
items.
2. Recognize
and correctly make a variety of beverages, adhere to recipes, use pouring
portions and prices, use proper glassware and proper wine service.
3. Establish
accurate and proper cash handling procedures, using cash bank, cash register,
and cash drop.
