The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an enthusiastic, friendly Bartender to our Constellation team at the Mystic Seaport Museum and Mystic Yachting Club! As a bartender, you will have the opportunity to mix and serve a variety of beverages and perform meal service for a diverse clientele.
What you'll be doing:
Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar. Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations. Performing food service as needed. Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items. What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
At least 18 years old. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.
