Graduate Princeton is seeking an energetic and service-driven Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere, and providing attentive, knowledgeable service.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standardsProvide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests, creating a welcoming bar experienceTake and process guest orders accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit transactionsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including bar top, service areas, and equipmentEnsure the bar is fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and supplies throughout each shiftMonitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsi...
