Calling all bartenders! Desert Hawk is an elevated neighborhood bar that brings the California Desert to Wicker Park. The food menu features smash burgers, and the beverage menu focuses on 5-6 step cocktails delivered with speed and efficiency. Labor is lean so applicants should have experience and be comfortable working in fast-paced nightlife environments. Product knowledge of agave spirits is preferred but not required. 2-3 shifts a week is ideal.
