Position Summary: The Bartender is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
Service guests by fulfilling their food and beverage needs and collecting payment.
Essential Job Functions
- Greet guests in a friendly, courteous and attentive manner
- Serve food and drinks for guests using suggestive selling techniques
- Have a thorough knowledge of menus and applicable specials.
- Ring drink orders into computer immediately, collect money from guests.
- Prepare garnishments for drinks.
- Be able to operate the hotel computer system, Micros.
- Perform opening and closing procedures along with side work as assigned.
