At Barminco Mining Services Canada Ltd., part of the Perenti Group, you'll focus on safely managing explosives to maximize productivity. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintain effective communication with all team members under the guidance of your Shift Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow safety protocols and Mine site regulations
• Assemble and detonate explosives according to specifications
• Document explosives usage and perform audits of stock
• Conduct safety inspections and maintenance on equipment
• Foster a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years underground mining and Blaster experience preferred
