Job Description:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, workstations, and seating areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; restock as needed.
• Handle cash, process payments, and manage point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Educate customers about menu offerings, coffee origins, and brewing methods.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
