A Barista cum Service Crew prepares and serves coffee, other beverages, and food items while also handling customer service and front-of-house duties. Key responsibilities include making coffee drinks, taking orders, operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in the cafe or restaurant.
