- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines and customer areas.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or requests.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food and beverage quality.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining product freshness.
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar food service role (preferred).
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
