Responsibilities
- A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service.
- Their role includes operating coffee machines, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness in the café.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a café setting (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation (training provided if necessary).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
