Baxterstorey is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso‑based beverages, using high‑quality beans and proper techniques.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
• Take customer orders, handle transactions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations about our coffee offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a clean, organised work area.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and Baxterstorey’s product range to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a busy café or coffee shop environment.
