Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality coffee beverages by mastering espresso extraction and steaming techniques, ensuring every cup meets our standards.
• Engage with customers to provide personalized service, recommending beverages based on their preferences and dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and assisting with orders to ensure essential ingredients are always available.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing techniques.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced café or coffee shop environment, showcasing familiarity with espresso machines.
• Barista certification or completion of a recognized coffee training program is a significant advantage.
