Bar Manager – Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, supervise, train and motivate bartenders and service staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage manpower requirements.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest feedback or complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders and liaise with suppliers.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and minimise wastage, breakage and theft.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to company standards.
- Develop and update drink menus and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's liquor licensing regulations and responsible alcohol service.
