Terrain is seeking an experienced, service-driven Bar Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a hospitality first environment, leads by example, is hands on, highly communicative, wants to be part of a team environment, and maintains operational excellence while supporting business growth.

The Bar Manager will be responsible for front‑of‑house leadership, staff management, beverage management, guest satisfaction, inventory oversight, scheduling, and ensuring all health and safety standards are consistently met.
