Bar & lounge staff

Bellingham castle are recruiting for Bar /Bar lounger person to Join Our Team.

This position is a combined rol which entails duties as outlined below.

Floor Staff Responsibilities:

• Collecting dirty glasses and crockery
• Serving drinks to guests at their tables
• Assisting with table service at weddings and events
• Cleaning and resetting tables
• Stocking the bar
• General cleaning duties and end-of-night cleanup
• Setting up tables for events

Shift times typically include:

• 2:00 PM - 9:00/10:00/11:00 PM
• 6:00/9:00 PM - Close (usually around 3:30 AM)

Once floor training is completed, you'll also receive training for the Bar Staff role, which includes:

• Serving drinks behind the bar
• Keeping the bar clean, tidy, and well-stocked
