Experienced Project Manager / BA with 8+ years of experience leading Agile product delivery, business analysis, and enterprise application implementations. Strong expertise in Workday HCM, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria. Proven ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams, drive project execution, and deliver scalable HR and business solutions. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, integrations, APIs, and system workflows. Excellent communication, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills with a focus on delivering business value and operational excellence.
