Banquet Second Cook
A Second Cook will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and help the First Cook.
What will I be doing?
Perform the following activities:
- Produce the Mise en Place Kitchen
- Set up the ordered for sales points
- Ensure the organization and hygiene in the Kitchen
- Prepare food using appropriate techniques of cooking under the guidance of his superior
- Store and check the validity of food
- Assist other departments whenever necessary
- In shift changes transmit the information to turn and seek previous shift information
- Perform such other duties assigned by the supervisor
