Key Accountabilities

• Provide tactical guidance and Go-to-Market plans to RMs and REs to achieve regional CASA and deposit targets, acting as the primary functional mentor.
• Monitor the sales funnel and KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions in coordination with Regional Heads and General Managers.
• Serve as the go-to expert on liability products, equipping the sales team with technical knowledge and competitive intelligence to win high-value mandates.
