Banking L3 Support Engineer — RPA & Enterprise Apps Lead

HCLTech is looking for a seasoned AM, PB & Enterprise Support Engineer based in Kuala Lumpur with over 8 years of experience. The role requires providing end-to-end application support across banking enterprise platforms, managing L2/L3 production support and incident management, while ensuring system availability.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supporting Robotics Process Automation applications and other enterprise solutions, as well as leadership abilities in managing teams and resources efficiently.
