We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands‑on Bank Support Workers to help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team and supporting a fantastic group of people.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care by helping individuals manage daily tasks
- Teach new life skills and support independence
- Encourage access to local communities and social activities
- Provide companionship through activities such as video games, films, cinema, and outings
