About the Role

As a Bank Residential Support Worker at Bedspace, you’ll provide high‑quality support to young people as they work towards independence. You’ll play a key role in helping them develop the practical skills, confidence, and emotional resilience needed to live independently and thrive within their local community.

You’ll use our ASDAN modules to guide young people through key areas, including finance and budgeting, tenancy support, personal development, health and wellbeing, healthy eating, relationships, and culture. Your role will involve helping them develop essential life skills, encouraging independence, and supporting them through their day‑to‑day challenges.

This is a bank (casual) role, offering flexible shifts to cover services across the Cheshire East & West pathway, across Chester and Congleton. Shifts are offered on an as‑needed basis to support service demand, including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins.
