Key responsibilities
- Plan and design menus in collaboration with the home manager and resident requests, including themed days and special events.
- Ensure dietary plans meet residents’ nutritional needs, including modified food textures and allergy requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for kitchen operations, managing daily stock and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Work effectively with a range of staff to meet resident care goals and support other teams within the organisation.
