**Job Title: Band Saw Operator (1st Shift)**
We’re looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented **Bandsaw Operator** to support daily steel cutting and production.
**Pay & Schedule**
+ $19–$21 per hour
+ Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate horizontal and vertical bandsaws to cut steel to specifications
+ Read work orders and take accurate measurements
+ Set up machines, select blades, and inspect cut quality
+ Safely handle materials and maintain a clean work area
+ Support overall team production goals
