Flexsource NI are Recruiting for a Band 3 Catering Supervisor on a temporary full time basis in the Craigavon Area
Responsibilities:
·Supervise and lead catering teams across dining rooms, coffee bars and patient meal services.
·Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, portion control and customer service.
·Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, allergen management and hygiene standards.
·Conduct regular audits and inspections, implementing improvements where required.
·Assist with staff scheduling, rota planning and arranging cover to ensure efficient service delivery.
·Train, mentor and support new and existing team members.
·Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, infection control and waste management procedures.
